What's my billing cycle?
We offer 2 types of billings for the Premium and Enterprise plans.
The monthly plan is billed at the start of the subscription and is valid until the same day of the next month.
The yearly plan is billed annually at the start of the subscription. The entire annual fee will be charged at the checkout. Your annual subscription is valid for 12 months.
The concierge service is not a recurring plan, it has a single processing fee at the start of the service.
Can I cancel my plan?
You can cancel you plan anytime in Account settings/Subscription. You will still be able to access the platform and use all features until the end of your current billing cycle. When you reach your next billing cycle, you will not be charged and you will lose access to the premium features. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
Can I downgrade my plan?
You can downgrade your Premium plan anytime by cancelling your subscription in Account settings/Subscription. You will still be able to access the platform and use all features until the end of your current billing cycle. When you reach your next billing cycle, you will not be charged and you will lose access to the premium features. Your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
If you want to downgrade your Enterprise plan, please reach out to your Account Manager.
Following the end if the Concierge service, your account will automatically downgrade to a Free plan.
What happens when my subscription expires?
When your monthly or annual billing cycle comes to an end, your subscription doesn’t expire but gets automatically renewed and a new billing cycle starts. If you don’t want to continue using your subscription, you can either downgrade or cancel it in Account settings/Subscriptions.
I have never hired before, which plan should I use?
If you don’t feel confident running the hiring process on your own, the most suitable plan for you is the Concierge Service. Here you will get all the support possible to successfully hire the most suitable candidate for your open position. A dedicated Account Manager will be holding your hand and support you from start to hire.
How long can I use the Free plan for?
There is no expiration and no billing cycle in the Free plan. This is our way to say thank you for using us. We hope we can fulfill your needs until your business grows and will need a bigger plan. Until then: this one is on us.
