Customer Service Qualifications #
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
- X years of experience in a customer service or related role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
