Appointment Setter Key Responsibilities: #
- Contact potential clients through various means including phone calls, email, and social media to schedule appointments
- Manage and maintain appointment calendars
- Accurately document client interactions and appointment details in the company database
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure attendance
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Meet weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
- Collaborate with other team members to identify new business opportunities
Appointment Setter Qualifications: #
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- X years of experience in appointment setting or customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred
