We are seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. The Appointment Setter will be responsible for contacting potential clients, scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate records. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Appointment Setter Key Responsibilities: #

  • Contact potential clients through various means including phone calls, email, and social media to schedule appointments
  • Manage and maintain appointment calendars
  • Accurately document client interactions and appointment details in the company database
  • Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and ensure attendance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
  • Meet weekly and monthly appointment setting goals
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify new business opportunities

Appointment Setter Qualifications: #

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
  • X years of experience in appointment setting or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
