As an Advertising Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for clients and will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing all aspects of their advertising campaigns from start to finish
• Develop and execute advertising strategies and campaigns that meet client objectives and KPIs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality campaigns on time and within budget
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform advertising strategies

Advertising Account Manager Qualifications #

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related field
• X years of experience in advertising account management, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management software
• Willingness to travel as needed
